Crockett Spelling Bee winners announced

Crockett held their annual spelling bee on Friday January 10th. Former WISD superintendent Dr. Deborah Cron moderated the event. First place was awarded to Jenna Cordell (6th grade), placing second was Caitlin Corbin (6th grade), and third place was awarded to Kenzie Handley (5th grade). Jenna will represent Crockett Elementary in the Area Spelling Bee, which includes all schools in Parker County, on Friday February 7th at the Ninth Grade Center. Crockett would like to congratulate all the students who participated in this event.
